Bachy Soletanche Singapore proudly hosted our Second Annual Partner Engagement Event.
We got 26 Senior Management from our various sub-contractors and vendors to join us. 85 of us gathered to spend half a day where we focused on Safety, Sustainability, Health & Environmental topics.
To mark our second annual partner engagement, we launched our Subcontractor Onboarding Booklet with the aim to share what is expected when working with us. One of the key topics is, Leadership. Leaders need to be proactive, visible, be open & empower their staff.
During the gathering, we emphasized the crucial role of Management Commitment, along with the significance of Health, Mental Well-being, and Heat Stress. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed speakers from the Workplace Safety and Health Council, Hilti Singapore, and Invigilo Safety AI for their invaluable contributions.
