We are proud to announce its official membership with the Association of Women in Construction (Singapore) (AWiCS), marking a significant step forward in our commitment to cultivating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
This milestone goes beyond a formal partnership — it reinforces our dedication to empowering women across all levels of the organisation and supporting a more progressive construction industry.
In 2024, we launched WeCommunity, an internal platform designed to bring together women at Bachy Soletanche Singapore. The initiative provides a space for connection, shared learning, and personal growth, while encouraging a workplace culture built on collaboration, respect, and equal opportunity.
We extend our sincere appreciation to AWiCS for hosting an inspiring event and for their continued leadership in advocating for women in the construction sector.
