Bachy Soletanche Singapore recently came together for our annual two-day “One Team” event, a meaningful gathering that brings colleagues from different sites into one shared space for learning, collaboration, and team-building. Held once a year, this event plays an important role in strengthening organisational unity, deepening cross-site relationships, and keeping our teams aligned as we continue to grow.
The programme featured presentations, sharing sessions, and interactive activities that highlighted the diverse innovations happening across our projects. By creating time for open conversations and idea exchange, the event reinforces our culture of knowledge sharing and reminds us that every contribution adds value to our collective progress.
We were honoured to welcome Ms Maia-Gaelle Lacassagne, Human Resource Director of Soletanche Bachy, as our special guest. Her presence offered meaningful insights and reinforced the importance of continuous learning and collaboration across the organisation.
One of the highlights of the event was the hands-on team activity, which included a bicycle-building challenge that encouraged creativity, coordination, and problem-solving.
