We organized a REX (Return of Experience) meeting where we delved deep in sharing experiences across specialties like design, technical, contract matters and construction methodologies. Such sessions provide a crucial platform to share invaluable experience and insights across different teams. we shared openly on challenges faced, how we overcame it and the lessons learnt.
