Build Your Future With Us — Internship Program
We offer more than a typical internship experience. As a leading specialist in geotechnical and underground construction, our interns are immersed in some of Singapore’s most technically demanding infrastructure projects, from deep excavations to diaphragm wall construction and MRT tunnelling works.
Backed by the expertise of a global French engineering group with over a century of industry experience, our internship programme provides a rare opportunity to learn from engineers, contribute to live projects, and develop the technical foundation needed for a successful career in the construction industry.
What You’ll Do
- On-site exposure: Shadow site engineers on live Diaphragm Wall, Piling, and Ground improvement projects
- Technical support: Assist with design calculations, site supervision, and quality control documentation
- Project involvement: Contribute to real deliverables, not just observe, but participate
- Cross-department learning: Rotate through engineering, project management, and site operations
- Mentorship: Work directly with senior engineers who’ll guide your learning journey
