In May 2024, Bachy Soletanche Singapore hosted our very first onecrew@BSS event, where Supervisors, Foremen, and Technicians gathered for a super fun day at Sentosa. We shared best practices from our work experience to enhance overall productivity and came up with innovative solutions through collaborating with one another during the activities. As a highlight, we expressed our pride in those who will serve as the ground leaders of tomorrow, recognizing their vital role in shaping the future of our company.
