DUO Residences is an extraordinary integrated development that features two landmark towers rising from the arts, cultural and educational precinct of the Bugis district.
Project Information
A total length of 679m of 1.0m thickness diaphragm wall with depths ranging typically between 27m and 30.7m except for a length of 57m of 1.0m thick wall (between grid PH and PR) where the depth of the wall is approximately 65m from the ground. Furthermore, 67 numbers of barrette piles of proposed dimensions – 2(2800mmx1200mm) and 2(2800mmx1500mm) with depths ranging between 70.5m and 81m will be constructed for the proposed development.
