Project Description

C903 comprises the construction and completion of the DTL 1 Bugis station including associated tunnels. The contract runs from the launch shaft for Contract 902 tunnels south of Beach Road to the new DTL 1 Bugis station, continuing under the existing Bugis station to connect with the tunnels for DTL2 north of the existing Bugis station. Addition and alteration work to the existing EWL Bugis station are required.

Project Information 

Diaphragm Wall: 1,560m in length, over 71,520m2; 1000/1200 & 1500mm thick; Depth between 44 to 47m

Barrette Piles: 204 Nos – 800/1000 & 1200mm thick, over 294,400m2; Depth between 30 to 54m

Micropiles: 170Nos. 150t – 25m deep for foundations of the new line

Jet Grouting: Twin method up to 25m deep and 66,000m3 of treated soil
