Construction of diaphragm wall for flat housing development comprising of 2 blocks of 36 storeys residential flats (455 units), 1 block of serviced apartment (80 units) with 3 basement carpark, swimming pool, communal facilities and restoration of existing conservation warehouse buildings with commercial activities on lot 01637l ts21 at Jiak Kim Street (Singapore river planning area).
