Project Description

LTA Contract N105 is a key infrastructure project under Singapore’s North-South Corridor (NSC), involving the design and construction of  underground vehicular tunnels between Suffolk Walk and Novena Rise. The project comprises stacked road tunnels, mined tunnel sections, and associated civil engineering works within a densely developed urban environment. Advanced tunnelling, excavation, and geotechnical engineering techniques are employed to ensure safe construction while minimising disruption to existing transport networks and surrounding developments. The project supports enhanced connectivity, improved traffic flow, and sustainable urban mobility. Upon completion, the North-South Corridor will provide faster and more efficient travel for commuters while strengthening the nation’s long-term transport infrastructure.
