Project Description
Orchard Turn (ION) is a prime retail-residential landmark project located on Orchard Road in Singapore. The iconic development is situated above the Orchard MRT Station and will connect to nearby buildings via underground retail links. The retail space is spread 5 basement and 8 podium levels, and the residential tower is 218m tall with 56-storeys and will be the tallest building along Singapore’s premier shopping street.

Barrette Piles: Number – 77; surface area – 16,821m2; depth – up to 82.5m; size up to 9000x1500mm 37 barrettes with in-situ columns; all toe grouted.
